Maharashtra Log 2.692 Covid-19 Kasing, 41 Death

Mumbai: Maharashtra on Sunday reported 2,692 positive cases of Coronavirus and 41 deaths while 2,716 patients were repatriated, the state health department said.
Additional newly encouraged counting Covid-19 Maharashtra to 65,59,349, the death toll became 1,39,207 and the number of recovery became 63,80,670, he said, adding that the state is now left with 35,888 active cases.
With 1.47,603 new tests, the number of samples examined in Maharashtra has so far risen up to 5.92.22,263.
The city of Mumbai reported 573 cases of Covid-19 and three deaths during the day, taking infection counting to 7.44,389 and the number of deaths to 16,125, the department said.
The Mumbai division reported 1,053 cases and four deaths on that day which pushed the total number of cases in this region to 16,79,422 and the toll road to 35.291.
The Nashik division reported 500 new cases including 424 in the Ahmednagar district.
Division Pune reported 809 cases, Division of Kolhapur 202, division Aurangabad 29, Division 73, Akola Division 10, and Nagpur Division 16.
The Division of Akola and Nagpur did not report fresh Covid-19 death on Sunday.
Maharashtra’s Covid-19 Tally is as follows: Positive Case 65.59, 343, Death of 1.39.207, Active Case 35,888, Total Test 5.92.22,263, Test Today 1.47,603.
