THANE: A Thane resident has been detained in connection with a”defamatory” article on social websites from Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra cabinet ministry Eknath Shinde, authorities said on Monday.
The social networking article also had the capability to disperse enmity between two divisions, a police officer said, including the guy was detained on Sunday and a case has been registered at Srinagar police channel under different segments of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for defamation along with other fees.
The accused had submitted that the alleged defamatory matter on the Facebook webpage of this minister, ” he explained.
