Maharashtra: Man killed sister, keeping the corpse at home, giving up because of a stench

Thane: A man from Ulhasnagar in the Thane District has been arrested for allegedly killing his sister and hiding the body in their home for several days, police said on Friday.
Yoghesh Maitmale (45), quarreled with his sister Aruna, with whom he lived after redeemed by him in a case connected to his wife’s murder six years ago, a central police station official said.
“Both have several arguments a few days ago and he killed Aruna with a sharp weapon and hiding the body at home.
However, after the stench soaking in the room, he came to the police station and claimed to be a crime,” he said.
Motives for unknown killings and post mortem reports are awaited, he added.
The defendant may not be mentally healthy, the official showed.
