Kalyan: There’s no way you can skip attention to this house.
It’s not so much sleek exterior, this is more related to an unusual name.
Called ‘Share MarketChi Krupa’, a one-story villa with a marble facade at Badlapur immediately got the advantage, growing into a landmark like that, on the Badlapur-Karjat highway.
The extraordinary name in Marathi means ‘thanks to the stock market’.
The owner, Mukund Khanore (31), a Badlapur who knocked down the full time stock, said he baptized his house in Thanksgiving to the exchange from where he reaped a rich dividend and was quite able to make him build.
The house measuring 10,000 sqft has been built on a plot of 80,000 square in Kasgaon and the cost of Rs 3 Crore.
Swank-looking residence-looking translates into a real life story of a man who, until some time ago, shared the room with a dirty room like mostly mumbaikars – a home kitchen one room measuring 300 tablespoons.
Khanore used to live with his wife and mother while his brother and his family lived in a small room at a Chawl.
“Now, after I have this bungalow built, my brother’s family has also moved into our lives together under one roof,” Khanore said.
Khanore said he learned one or two things about the oddity of the stock market at an early age.
Shivlal’s late grandfather taught him about how to measure the mood changes from Bulls and Bears and how to step carefully with investment.
“I was only 16 years old when my grandfather held my hand and taught me some trading tricks, outside that I had to equip them with my own skills and judgment,” he told Toi.
“It helped me a lot.” After completing the Uation graduated, Khanore cleared the examination of the National Institute of Market Securities.
Finally, he contacted Ramdev Agrawal of Motilal Oswal Group.
“The market tips help me produce a lot,” Khanore said.
Not people who maintain financial success are limited to themselves, Khanore now motivates others to try to invest in sharing through the YouTube channel.
Initially, Khanore’s parents were used to frown in their stock trading work and want him to take the right job, many of which fit the typical middle-class mindset, he showed.
“They think all this is a luck business.
So, before, they never really supported me,” he showed.
Today, the ‘marketchi krupi shares’ attracted a lot of attention from many zips along the highway, some of them even Gatecrash from curiosity alone.
“Yes, people have stopped by and even falls only to ask why our house has the name ‘ajeeb’ [weird],” he said.
“Many of them have even stopped the choices that are even taken with their homes and their names in the background.”
