Called ‘Share MarketChi Krupa’, a one-story villa with a marble facade at Badlapur immediately got the advantage, growing into a landmark like that, on the Badlapur-Karjat highway.
The extraordinary name in Marathi means ‘thanks to the stock market’.
The owner, Mukund Khanore (31), a Badlapur who knocked down the full time stock, said he baptized his house in Thanksgiving to the exchange from where he reaped a rich dividend and was quite able to make him build.
The house measuring 10,000 sqft has been built on a plot of 80,000 square in Kasgaon and the cost of Rs 3 Crore.
