Nagpur: On a jolt for the Minister of State for Education Bachchu Kadu, a judicial judge of the first court (JMFC) in Chandur Bazar in Amravati Regency on Friday gave him a two-month prison sentence (RI).
Kadu accused of hiding information in the 2014 Affidavit assembly concerning having flalat in Mumbai.
Judge LC Wadekar also applies the RS25,000 fee on Achalpur MLA, which also holds many portfolios in the country cabinet, including the development of women and children, water resources, other backup classes, classes to the back.
However, the minister has given a month to appeal against the decision in the Nagpur High Court bench.
Immediately after his belief, Kadu Advisor Mahesh Deshmukh moved the application for guarantees.
Kadu was the second minister of the cabinet of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray who was punished by the court court.
Previously, the Minister of Development of Women and Children from Amravati, Yashomati Thakur, was punished by the High Court on October 15, 2020, for attacking a police officer.
He was awarded three months in the Republic of Indonesia but the sentence lived in the court session.
Expressing disappointment over judgment, kadu, known for its bold problems on farmer problems, told the media that he respected the court order and would move the judgment higher for justice.
Police complaints submitted by former member of the BJP City Council Gopal Tirmare, which was once a close partner of Kadu, on December 27, 2017, alleged that Kadu had misled the election commission by pressing Mumbai information.
Police Inspector Assistant Ajay Khare posted at the Asegaon police station conducted an investigation and submitted an accusation sheet in the JMFC court.
During the investigation, it was confirmed that the flat belonged to Kadu.
The trial lasts for five years after the minister is punished under Section 125 of the People’s Representation Act.
The Public Prosecutor Vinod Wankhade held a Brief for the Government.
Tirmare, who has obtained information about the Flat Minister Guardian Akola in Mumbai, told that it was worth RS42.46 lakh and bought from Mhada.
When Tirmare filed a complaint against Kadu in 2017, the latter has denied all the allegations.
Kadu, who was present in court when the judgment was spoken, said that a community of MLA, named Rajyog, was formed before 2014.
“At that time, the government stood the loan guarantor given to the legislator.
I have used a loan for the same home and the amount is mentioned in Affidavit 2014 I.
However, the right flat number is not mentioned, which is the only difference.
Because I cannot pay a loan, I sell the flat, “he said, adding that Tirmare’s allegations against him were formulated.
Claiming that Tirmare’s complaint was the impact of the old competition, the minister said he had taught lessons to a police officer, who had robbed the poor RS20,000.
“The COP filed a complaint of this police against me in 2017 through his accomplice,” he said.
