Maharashtra: Oil tanker and truck catch fire

PALGHAR: A petroleum tanker rammed right into a container truck behind on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad street in the wee hours of Monday close Virar at Palghar area of Maharashtra resulting in a fire which severely moisturizes both vehicles, authorities said.
The tanker driver sustained injuries from the mishap that happened near Pelhar recreation, a police officer said.
Three fire engines of this Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC) introduced the fire under control after over 2 hours.
Because of this collision, the vehicular traffic in the highway stayed affected for two or more hours before restarting.
