Mumbai: After dry mantra throughout the week, rain in the Mumbai area and side by side is expected to take another step next week.
The IMD said this was due to cyclone circulation above Bay Bay, whose movements were in the west west west and would likely bring heavy rain in isolated places in Mumbai, Thane and Palghar.

This season so far, Colaba recorded rain of 2,185.3mm, while Santacruz recorded 2,841.6mm.
The maximum temperature is due to dry weather hovering around 31-32 degrees.
Total stock on the lake supplies city water requirements touching 99%.
