Mumbai: Maharashtra on Monday reported 3,643 new coronavirus positive cases, the lowest after 15 February this year, and 105 temporary deaths 6,795 patients recovered, said a health department official.
The number of active cases in Maharashtra fell below 50,000 marks to 49,924.
Maharashtra has reported 3,365 new cases on February 15.
With a new addition, the calculation of Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra rose to 64.28.294 and the toll became 1,36,067.
The number of recovery has increased to 62,38,794, the official said.
In particular, the Nandurbar district in Maharashtra Utara has no single Covid-19 case.
The recovery rate of Maharashtra cases is now at 97.05 percent while the mortality rate is 2.11 percent.
With 1.53,558 new tests, the number of samples tested so far in Maharashtra were installed to 5,24,45,689, the official said.

According to officials, among 105 deaths from eight regions, the highest 59 deaths were reported from the Pune region, followed by 14 deaths due to the Kolhapur region.
Significantly, the territory of Akola and Nagpur did not report a new fatality, while the Nashik region recorded 13 deaths, naturally 9, Mumbai 8, and two of the subordinates.
The official said Mumbai City saw 225 new Covid-19 cases and four deaths.
Pune City added 123 new infections and four new deaths.
Among 49,924 patients active in Maharashtra, Pune District had 11,746 active cases, among 62.38,794 recovery throughout the country, the highest 10,79,939 patients recovered from Pune District.
As many as 3,02,888 people were in the quarantine of houses in Maharashtra while 2,487 others were in the institutional quarantine, the official said.
