Mumbai: Maharashtra on Saturday reported 4,130 new Coronavirus cases and 64 deaths, the state health department said.
Tally infection in the state rose to 64.82,117 while the death toll reached 1.37,707.
The amount of recovery rose to 62.88,851, with 2,506 patients discharged during the day.
The state now has 52,025 active cases.
The level of recovery of Maharashtra cases was at 97.02 percent while the mortality rate was 2.12 percent.
Hingoli and rural areas Chandrapur, Nanded, Akola and Nagpur districts and Parbhani City companies, Jalgaon and Dhule did not report Covid-19 fresh cases.
The Ahmednagar district reported 730 new cases, followed by the Pune rural part with 506 infections.
Among the district, the highest number of deaths was also reported in the rural part of the Ahmednagar district where 17 patients surrendered since Friday night.
Of the eight regions, the Pune region saw 1,560 new cases, followed by 951 infections in the Mumbai region.
Nashik region reported 857 fresh infections, Kolhapur 547, Latur 146, Aurangabad 24, Akola 27 and Nagpur Region 18 new cases.
The Pune Region recorded 20 highs of death during the day, followed by the Nashik region with 19 deaths.
In particular, Aurangabad, Akola and the Nagpur region did not report new deaths because of Covid-19.
Mumbai Region recorded 13 deaths, kolhapur nine and three maturity deaths.
The city of Mumbai witnessed 413 new cases and four deaths while Pune City saw 218 fresh infections and no death.
Pune District also has 15,469 highest active cases.
With 1,72,875 new tests, the number of samples tested for Coronavirus has so far reached 5,46,60,825.
As many as 3.02,196 people were in the quarantine of houses and 2,013 were in institutional quarantine.
