Mumbai: Maharashtra on Sunday reported 892 new Coronavirus positive cases, which raised the calculation of state infections to 66.17.654, while the death of 16 patients took the victim to 1,40,388, the health department said.
A total of 1,063 patients were restored and removed from the hospital during the day, taking the number of overall recovery to 64.59.108.
With this, there are 14,526 active cases in the current state.
65,716 people were tested throughout the state on Sunday.
This took the cumulative test number to 6.32,40,769.
The city of Mumbai reported 252 new cases and three deaths, which pushed tally to 7,58,467 and tolls to 16,276.
The Mumbai division, which consists of metropolis and its satellite cities, reported 435 cases and four deaths on Sundays.
The division kasel now reaches 17.03.941 and the amount of fatality at 35,608.
Division Pune recorded 244 cases, including 200 in the Pune District, while the Nashik division reported 141 new cases, including 91 in Ahmednagar Regency.
The Kolhapur division recorded 29 cases, the 21st Division of 21 cases, Aurangabad Division 13 cases, the Nagpur Division of six cases and the Division of Akola three cases.
