Maharashtra: Residents began to attack unlimited; Affected service on GMC in Vidarbha

Nagpur: Unlimited strikes from resident doctors begin in government medical colleges in Nagpur, Akola, Yavatmal, Gondia and Chandrapur at 8 am on October 1.
The doctor demanded the neglect of academic fees for the pandemic year promised by the state government four months ago.
The resident doctor told TII that members of the Maharashtra Doctors Association of Doctor Association (Mard) expected several positive responses from the state government on September 30 after which they issued a strike notice.
“Because nothing happened on Thursday, we started our strike starting on Friday at 8 am,” said Dr.
Sajal Bansal of Mard at Gmch Nagpur.
The population doctor has decided not to leave a medical college place but continued with their strike by protesting sitting in emergency pandal.
At GMCH, residents gathered in front of the OPD drug in the afternoon and raised the slogan to support their demands.
At IGGMCH, they highlight this problem with placards and boards.
Working in both GMC in Nagpur suffered from a strike.
Nearly 28 major operations and 36 miners were carried out at GMCH in October 1.
The number of miners operations is generally in three points on certain days.
OPD GMCH, which generally has more than 2,500 per day, decreases to 1,916 on Friday.
Similar is a picture on another GMC.
“We do not submit new requests.
The state government and medical education ministers promise to release our academic costs.
Now, because Covid is under control, they betray us,” said Dr.
Dnyaneshwar Dhoble, President of the Mard Central Committee.
Meanwhile, TOI has learned from trustworthy sources that the state government is not in the mood of accepting neglect requests.
DMER officials asked GMC Dean somehow managing work in the hospital and convincing residents to end the strike in one or two days.
When residents are firm for a written guarantee on neglect of fees and better dormitory conditions, they will not call strike.
As a result, patients who visit GMC must be careful.
Public visits can be postponed and the emergency must be given a priority because health workers will be limited to the hospital.
According to sources, even professors of associations and doctors on contracts tend to join a population doctor if the problem is not resolved in the next two or three days.
Strikes can stretch longer * Mard Members are trying to contact government authorities but do not get a positive response * DMER asks the Dean of GMCH to manage work and convince residents to end the strike * Tuition fees, even on Monday, even the Professor Partners and Contract Doctors which tends to join the strike * services will remain affected, so people who visit GMC must plan it
