MUMBAI: Maharashtra on Sunday reported 26,672 new coronavirus positive instances and 594 deaths, requiring the tally of diseases to 55,79,897 along with the toll on 88,620 while 29,177 patients retrieved through the daytime, the health department said.
The tally of all recoveries up to now in Maharashtra today stands in 51,40,272, it stated, including the nation is currently left with 3,48,395 busy instances.
Mumbai reported 1,427 new cases and 49 deaths, increasing the total count of diseases to 6,96,910 along with the cost to 14,565.
The Mumbai branch, consisting of Mumbai and its satellite cities, reported 3,678 new instances and 87 deaths, which further raised the total caseload into 15,08,663 along with the amount of deaths to 26,855, ” the division stated.
The Nashik branch added 3,037 cases such as 1,589 at Ahmednagar district located town. The Pune branch reported 6,613 infections such as 1,488 instances in Solapur district excluding the town, ” it said.
The Kolhapur branch added 4,894 new instances which comprised 1,394 at Kolhapur district located town and 1,431 instances in rural Sangli sans town.
The Aurangabad branch added 1,290 instances, Latur branch 1,923, Akola branch 3,262, and Nagpur branch 1,975, according to the department.
With 2,90,155 evaluations, the complete amount of samples analyzed up to now in Maharashtra climbed to 3,30,13,516.
Presently, 26,96,306 individuals are in house quarantine in Maharashtra while 21,771 have been at institutional quarantine.
