Thane: The Thane session court punished a 54-year-old businessman to persecute his female employee and was sentenced to a two-year prison.
The defendant, who came from Navi Mumbai was punished by Judge HM Patwardhan, who held guilty accusations and also imposed a fine of Rs 15,000.
The victim, then age 25 worked in a small private company from the defendant.
The victim was then unmarried, said the Supplementary Prosecutor Vijay Mundhe.
With the pretext of treating it for disease in Nashik, he took him to his SUV car on March 4, 2014, first to Seawoods and tried it there.
