Thane: an old woman and her son from the highrise luxury housing complex at Pokhran 2 Thane area has been ordered for allegedly attacking their neighbors in the community’s elevator.
Neighbors have objected to the interior design work that occurred in their flat in the afternoon, the police told Sunday.
The incident occurred last week when the complainants approached their neighbors in the courtyard building that lived on the objection with the home renovation work in the afternoon.
“The community has a policy not to let renovation work be carried out in the afternoon between 2-4 in the afternoon and post 7:00.
However, some work is being carried out during the forbidden hours where the woman complained to the public,” said a police officer.
However, despite complaining to the public when the work continued, the woman decided to approach the family that caused an argument.
“The verbal spat turned ugly when the old woman, her son and a relatively aggressive with a woman with the first also attacked a complainant in the elevator while she tried to approach the community management,” said the victim in his complaint registered with Chitsar Man police in.
Women who suffered minor injuries went to the CSM Hospital, Kalwa and then approached the police and registered complaints.
The police said they were investigating this case.
