MUMBAI: Principle of a programme also inculcating a sense of obligation among individuals has been the mainstay of different steps undertaken by Ruturaj Deshmukh, the most youthful sarpanch in Maharashtra, along with his task force to rid their own village at Solapur field of coronavirus.
Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray in his own digital address to the public on Sunday had lauded Deshmukh’s participation and sentenced to each of sarpanchs from the nation to draw inspiration from the struggle against the pandemic when announcing”My Village Corona Free” initiative.

This triggered anxiety and several people began leaving their houses to reside in their own farms,” he remembered.
At this point, Deshmukh said that he chose to call for all stakeholders and make awareness about battling coronavirus.
“My goal was positive in perspective with assurance that we’re able to continue to keep our village totally free of coronavirus,” Deshmukh said.

Talking regarding the attempts, the sarpanch stated he along with his group assembled a five-point programme between testing, analyzing and therapy, vaccination and adherence to Covid- proper behavior.
“Furthermore, Asha employees were dressed in who visited each home in the village to examine the blood sugar level and body thickness of its occupants,” he explained.
The villagers whose blood sugar level is shown to be under 92 are changed to isolation centers or to Covid maintenance centers in Mohol taluka, that is 4 kilometers far from the village,” he explained.
