New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will launch a 100-day action plan for the party of “ADHI ABADI”, an outreach program for women voters in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
Priyanka Gandhi arrives in Chitrakoot’s Ram Ghat today to launch the program.
Secretary General of the Congress is to bet high by announcing that 40 percent of the tickets will be given to women in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
Congressional leaders have also made great promises to woo women voters and in which a separate manifesto has been prepared.
Some of the promises of the major including smartphones and two-wheeler to a girls college, three-cylinder free for housewives, free travel for women in government buses, the fee to Rs 10,000 per month for workers Asha and anganwadi, and widow of old age, and old age Pension Rs 1000 per month.
To give you an edge on this mission, Uttar Pradesh Congress has prepared an action plan for the next 100 days.
There are around 7 crore women voters in the state and Priyanka Gandhi on an important part of these voters.
According to sources, the Congress also will initiate a major public relations campaign to reach out to women voters four crore in the next 100 days.
Brigade about 8,000 women volunteers have been assigned to the task with the slogan “Mahila Hoon Hoon Lad Way”.
A total of 150 professionals are working on this campaign.
Brigade will reach about 2 lakh women every day and deliver the promises of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to them.
Congress has set up a pink silicone band crore and exciting stickers for the campaign.
The incidence of crimes against women and the problem of inflation will also be raised during the campaign.
Currently, there are around 7 crore women voters in the state.
About 4 crore women have chosen in the last assembly elections.
Interestingly, women voter voter is 4 percent over 63 percent compared to 59 percent of men.
In the Lok Sabha elections in 2019 as well, female voters is 1 percent more than men.
According to the strategy of Congress, about 60 percent of female voters are in the age group of 18 to 35 years.
The party has a special eye on the young man’s 60 percent.
To popularize the campaign, there are also plans to organize a marathon for girls, the winners will be given a scooter.
A promotional campaign will run in shopping centers and women’s colleges.
There are also plans to form a team of influencers of 1,000 professional women such as Women Doctors, Lawyers and 5,000 mobile units.
Congress digital team will send a daily report from each district to the central control room.
Data from the control room will be sent to the call center.

Social media campaign will run on WhatsApp and Facebook.
Congress focuses on the 100 seats of the total 403 assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh.

Apart from outreach campaign, the Congress will hold 100 City Hall which is a special dialogue meeting statewide.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will address 10 City Hall as Chitrakoot event to be held today.
Over the past 30 years, the Congress has failed in social engineering in Uttar Pradesh.
There is no caste is a core election party bank.
In such situations, the blueprint for the election has been prepared to take advantage of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra image among women.
Congress felt that if the stakes on the card a woman is successful, then the amount can be increased.
With this expectation, the parties have designed a large scale outreach campaign is keeping half the population in the views.
