New Delhi: The health authority in Tianjin Port City in North China has detected the first case of the Omicron Coronavirus variant in the country, Tianjin Daily managed by the country reported on Monday.
Infection was found in a traveler who arrived in a city from abroad on December 9, the newspaper said, added that patients are currently treated in isolation in hospitals.
