New Delhi: The Indian Air Force (IAF) must maintain operational readiness throughout the time, and should have a sustainable focus on increasing ability, Head of Marshal Air RKS Bhadauria told its commander in Gandhinagar on Wednesday.
In his remarks at the commander conference in the South West Air Command, Bhadauria urged commanders to utilize the modern method in training to improve the understanding and ability of new generation air soldiers.
Conference of two days, which conducts operational reviews of mission and assignments, ends on Wednesday.
Interacting with air warriors and civil employees, Bhadauria appreciated their major contribution in the operational deployment and the disciplined approach to the Covid-19 crisis mitigation, the IAF statement noted.
He highlights the need to maintain operational readiness all the time and sustainable focus on increasing ability.
“He emphasized the initial operationalization of sensors and the newly installed weapons system,” said the statement.
