Maintain Valmicis Reservation Rights, Mazhabi Sikhs: Captain to Channi

Chandigarh: Former Punjab Head of Captain Minister Amarinder Singh on Tuesday urged his replacement Chararjit Singh Channi to “maintain a reservation in a reservation” for Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikh from the country for direct recruitment at various jobs.
He said in 2006, personally ensured the passion of the law in Punjab Vidhan Sabha to secure and protect the rights of Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikh reservations, because they fell at the bottom of the pyramid and most of the benefits were due to extreme education and economic backwardness.
Providing a short background, he said that during the Giani Zail Singh regime in 1975, that the Punjab government, through the round, has ordered 50% of the work in the quota booked for Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikh, because it was seen that they could not take advantage of the benefits of The caste is scheduled compared to other castees reserved.
The captain added that the circle was hit by Punjab and Haryana High Court on July 25, 2006.
He remembered the government took the legislative route to protect and protect the rights of Valmicist and Mazhabi Sikhs reservations and enacted, “Punjab schedule and back.
Class (service reservation) Act 2006 was the same as restrictions on the Act on a water sharing agreement, after the Supreme Court decided to fight Punjab on the problem of Syl.
The Punjab Scheduled Punjab Class Law was notified on October 5, 2006.
However, Section 4 (5) of the law , which provides 50% ordered Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikh, was shocked by the division bench.
The Punjab High Court and Haryana on March 29, 2010.
The order remained at the Indian Supreme Court on August 30, 2010.
Until now, the former CM said, because SC remained , Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikhs are entitled to a 50% reservation in a reservation to get government work in Punjab.
Tap I, he added, he had learned that some influential parts in the government did not want to maintain the benefits of “reservations in reservations” for Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikh in the state.
Therefore, the government is suggested by these influential parts not to pursue cases in SC where it is scheduled to appear before a larger division bench.
This, he warned, would be a great rejection of justice for Valmicis and Mazhabi Sikhs, who remained socially, economically, and the education was reversed and down.
The captain said, when this problem appeared to hear before the SC division bench in August 2020, he had given instructions personally to ensure that the rights of Valmicists and Mazhabi Sikh defended properly and strongly.
He hopes that the state government will maintain the case in the same way when it appears to hear before other division benches, which will soon be consulted.
