Patna: President of RAM Nath Kovind on Thursday appealed legislators throughout the country, including those in Bihar, to adopt ethical behavior and also change their “work style” to fulfill the aspirations of the people’s development.
The President also truly begged parliamentarians to change Bihar to “full-developed countries” in all human development index calculations in 2047, the year when the country will celebrate a hundred years of its independence.
Kovind was handling the function at the location of the Bihar State Legislature to mark a hundred-year celebration of the building whose foundation was placed by Harding Viceroy Lord in 1913 and construction was completed in 1920.
The first legislative session of the state, was established under the Indian government in 1919 acting, which consisted of Board and Assembly, held on February 7, 1921.

Meanwhile, Nithish announced that 15-day leave will be given to government employees and officials want to sit in ‘Vipasana’ meditation for 10 days in the Buddha Smriti Park in Patna.
The Maharashtra government has also given 10-day leave to his officials and employees per year for that purpose.
