CHENNAI: PMK leader S Ramadoss on Wednesday urged the Tamil Nadu authorities to draw notifications for recruiting of staff at health division and Madras high court, that weren’t pursuing 10.5% inner inheritance for vanniyar community.
In an announcement, the PMK leader explained that the state government must establish a panel of senior guides to argue that the cases demanding the statute at the courtroom.
“The state authorities need to make sure that vanniyar plan is followed closely in labour and instruction whatsoever levels,” the chief explained.
He declared that backward courses welfare ministry S Sivasankar had spoken against the execution of statute because cases were pending at the court demanding the inner statute extended from the preceding AIADMK government.
Ramadoss said that the health department issued a notification to recruit 555 temporary employees to disperse homeopathy medications and healthcare in primary health centers following the last quota system.
In Madras high court also, the notification stated the recruiting for certain articles had been subject to the results of the statute instance.
“Both are incorrect,” that the PMK leader explained, searching for the intervention of chief Union M Stalin.
Ramadoss pointed into the impending cases in the courtroom against the inner inheritance to arunthathiyars along with Muslims, moreover Union administration’s 10% to economically weaker part, but that hadn’t changed the execution of the booking.
“Denial of Caution for vanniyars isn’t only disrespecting the legislation and legislature.
This ought to be prevented,” Ramadoss said.
