Bhopal: Minister of Union Jyotiraditya Scindia on Sunday visits flood-affected areas in the Shivpuri, Guna district, and Ashoknagar Madhya Pradesh and assessing damage caused by life and property.
He said there must be a monitoring system to know the weather forecast for the next 48 hours and the surface of the river and dam during rain continuously.
Scindia convinced the affected family of any possible support from the government during this crisis.

The United Minister distributes compensation of each Rs 4 lakh against the family affected by the flood and also provides food grains in Tehsil Mungawali, Bahadurpur, Ashoknagar and Shadawa of the Ashoknagar district.
Trucks loaded with food grains are also shipped from Ashoknagar to another destination, officials said.
