Lucknow: Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath on Monday directing officials to ensure unbroken power supplies between 6pm and 7 in the morning to urban and rural areas.
Maintaining a review meeting after the power crisis after a shortage of coal stock, cm asked the Chairperson of Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) Devraj to assess the availability of coal in all power plants and take the steps needed to mitigate the crisis.

CM seeks the implementation of the one-time completion scheme (OTS) in relation to the electricity bill immediately.
He said that the wrong transformer must be replaced within 48 hours in rural areas and 24 hours in urban areas according to the settings specified.
The quality of the transformer replaced must also be checked.
Yogi said that the action must immediately be taken regarding the subsidies given to farmers.
TubeWell connection must be provided in time.
“Every farmer who has paid in connection with the TubeWell connection must be immediately given an electrical connection,” he said.
CM is also breathable because of resolving cases related to deviations in the recipient’s electricity bill from another scheme including Saubhagya Yojana.
