New Delhi: Worried on examples of high part, bridges and the main structures collapse during construction, road transportation and the Ministry of Highway have suggested that the company not chew.
In a meeting with the head of several infrastructure companies last week, road transportation and Secretary of Jalan Raya Giridhar Aramane asked the company to ensure there was no one example of structural failure.
The source said the Secretary, who was also responsible for Nhai, told the main representatives of infrastructure companies that would not object to the government less than facing criticism of poor quality construction.
People in the industry recognize that several construction companies take the NH project, take advantage of available opportunities because the government accelerates public expenditure for infrastructure projects to bring back the economy.
In addition, relaxation of the norm has also opened the contractor’s water gate that has pocketed a project which quotes abnormal low levels as much as 30% less than the reserve price.
TOI has known that industrial representatives show that there is no availability of experts with adequate experience to oversee work involving the main structure.
They also mark how there is no availability of experts, labor and consultant supervisors other than quality materials such as sand for several reasons for structural failure even by very famous construction companies.
“The ministry has suggested that we must create several frameworks for labor training, oversee consultants.
This is the need for hours when we are set to see a quantum leap in construction activities for the next few years,” said an industrial insider attending the meeting.
On Tuesday, Nhai took out a fresh round, which lowered punishment such as stating the company as a non-player and debersment of future offers – which could be imposed on road contractors and road developers for failure on the project, because they did not implement repairs, and structural failure.
