Jaipur: AICC General Secretary of State In-Charge Ajay Maken again met with the Chief of the Head of Ashok Gehlot at his residence and held a discussion with the minister’s chairman before leaving for Delhi in the afternoon.
Maken had held a discussion with Gehlot on Tuesday night too, on his arrival here.
The source shows that this discussion is mainly centered on the appointment of the district and the party’s presidential block.
The appointment of this party will be made at the end of this month.
The party district and the President of the Block have been removed after the rebellion by the State President Sachin Pilot in July last year.
Sachin was replaced by Govind Singh Dotasra but there was no fresh promise made at the district and block level.
Indication is that party appointments will overtake changes in the Council of Ministers.
The reshuffle at the Council of Ministers was also caused by nine jobs in service after the Minister of Faithful in the pilot was also removed last year.
