Thane: Scrap Dealers and his son were arrested in Thane City for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl repeatedly, police said on Sunday.
Their Duo has been charged under the IPC and the protection of children from the provisions of the Sexual Law (Pocso) after the complaint was submitted on Saturday, said the Kolsewadi police station official.
The victim has said the 53-year-old Memo dealer and his 23-year-old son will increase him when his relatives are not at home, he said.
