Pune / Mumbai: Even as Minister NCP Nawab Malik asked NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede if his brother-in-law was involved in the drug business as a case against him registered in Pune in February 18, 2008, Commissioner Raiding Amitabh Gupta on Monday revealed that the case against Harshada Redkar and two others Being under the prevention of traffic actions is immoral and not under the NDPS law, as claimed by Malik.
“Sameer Wankhede, whether your brother-in-law Harshada is involved in the drug business, you have to answer because his case is waiting in front of the Pune Court.
While the case has been submitted on March 18, 2008, the next hearing regarding this case on March 18, 2022,” Malik tweeted on Monday.
According to court records uploaded on official websites, a registered case under section 3.4.5 and 8 of the NDPS law.
“This seems to be a typo.
This is the case of ribbon provisions, and our records reflect the same thing.
Our team takes problems with the court authority,” Gupta said.
Pune Police on Monday issued a statement, said the Social Security Inspector then Rajendra Bhamre and his team had stormed a room at a Plush Star Hotel in the Bund Garden area and arrested Harshada and the other two on October 13, 2007 under the ribbon provisions.
A chargesheet was filed on January 14, 2008 against three accused, and since then, this problem has been delayed in front of the court.
Wankhede’s wife Kranti Redkar tweeted on Monday, said his sister would overcome Malik’s tweet legally and her husband had no relationship with this case.
“I know the media has many questions about Malik Tweet.
I want to say that my sister is and continue to be a victim in this case.
According to our legal team, it is not wise to comment on this problem because it is a subjudice,” he tweeted.
According to reports, Wankhede also reacted sharply to Malik’s tweet.
“I wasn’t even in service when the incident happened in Pune.
I married Kranti in 2017.
Then how do I be associated with cases in any way?” He asked.
