Mumbai: Bombay HC on Monday said Tweet NCP Minister Nawab Malik against NCB Officer Sameer Wankhede “was driven by hatred and or personal hostility”, but the blanket was relieved to hold it from posting openly every content of defamation against the family of officers who could not be granted.
