Malwani Isis Case Duo Gets 8 Years of RI

Mumbai: Two men who allegedly incited young people from Malwani to join the ISIS terror group, was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
They recently pleaded guilty before the Special Nia Court who did the trial on Wednesday who received him guilty.
A Wankhede Special Judge on Wednesday received a guilty request and posted on January 7 cases for their punishment.
The court heard their advice a R Bukhari on the sentence sentence and the Special Prosecutor Praksash Shetty before improving a sentence until a tight 8-year prison sentence.
Costs are framed against the duo accused of Rizwan Ahmed (25) and Mohsin Sayyed (32) in 2018.
When begging guilty after spending almost six years in prison, the two men accused of obstacles, said they were “regret ‘and want to return to mainstreaming the community and rehabilitate themselves themselves.
Their advocates have submitted that the duo “only involved in the spread of terrorist organizations that are prohibited and have never been involved in all kinds of violence or murder ” and said they deserve the opportunity to reform because they are then immature and influenced by ISIS propaganda videos which applies online and looks for reducing punishment from the court.
The previous court has directed a duo to apply for a written application.
The defendant was given legal assistance by legal cells Jamiat Ulama e Maharashtra.
Last month Jamiat also said in a statement that they did not support the defendant’s actions, therefore they took legal assistance with direct effects.
So far 39 witnesses prosecution have been examined.
