New Delhi: Head of the Head of West West Bengal and Trinamool Congress Head Mamata Banerjee is likely to be in the national capital next week, on his second trip here, because he won a brilliant victory in the third state poll for the third term.
Banerjee’s visit to Delhi a week before the parliamentary winter session began on November 29, was to overcome the party’s political strategy at home because he was nominated by the parliamentary party chairman during his last visit in July, to meet with the other opposition party leaders including the Sonia Congress President Gandhi is among others.
The minister’s chairman also tends to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to sort out a problem related to Bengal, according to the source.
These problems can range between central contributions to the state, increase BSF’s jurisdiction in a border state, among others.
Banerjee tends to be in Delhi between 22 and November 25th.
He also tends to visit Mumbai in early December, for industrial summit to Woo Investments for State, according to sources.
While Banerjee met with the Head of Congress Sonia Gandhi during the July visit and talked about the opposition association to register BJP in power with Lok Sabha’s poll, TMC had moved aggressively into countries such as Tripura, BJP, but in the process of hurting the interests of the Congress , which has created the perception that the TMC movement can help BJP.
Perception grew further when the leaders of Congress in Assam, Goa, and even Uttar Pradesh passed the party.
Banerjee himself said that he had asked all opposition parties to gather but because of taking another time (reading Congress) time to respond to the opposition union, TMC decided to move himself to get a political room.
The aggressive movement of TMC in the Congress domain may have encouraged the leadership of the Congress to respond to the attractiveness of Banerjee to start early in collaboration, said political observers.
While Banerjee met Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi during the July visit here, it was possible that the Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi could also meet with TMC’s head in this round.
At the meeting it was likely with PM Modi, the party’s sources said, “The minister’s chairman will suppress the long demand for cleaning the country’s contribution.
He will also arouse his objections to the central decision to increase the jurisdiction of border security forces (BSF) from 15 km to 50 km from the border International.
“Previously Banerjee said the central step (BSF) was only intended for” ordinary people’s torture “and had written to PM Modi improved objections about this problem.
