Man, 15 livestock deposited in Uttar Pradesh Village

Bareilly: A villagers in Uttar Pradesh died together with 15 of their livestock in a pool after suffering electric shock when the Overhead cable 11,000 KV broke out due to an error and fell into the water.
The incident occurred in Chiteri Village below the Kunderbi police station on Monday.
The police said the man, who suffered an electric shock, was taken to private health facilities in Moradabad where he died during treatment.
The villagers rushed to the pool after hearing a loud voice following the collapse of the power cord.
They found a male carcass and livestock floating in the pool.
A police team also went to the place.
The man, who suffered severe burns, was taken to the hospital by his family.
Cows are sent for postmortem.
Villagers who were angry, meanwhile, gathered and demanded action against official power officials for “negligence”.
The police tried to calm them down and immediately carry controlled items.
All necessary actions will be taken in this case, police said.
Kunderbi Sho, Sandeep Kumar, told Tii, “the man, who was identified as Imrat Ali, 30, surrendered to his treatment during hospital treatment.
Investigations in this case are underway.”
