Ghaziabad: A 35-year-old man and seven-year-old son was found killed in their home in the city of Tronica on Thursday morning.
The police said the defendant first hit the two in the head with a blunt object and then stabbed him in the throat and the stomach several times with a knife.
Because there were no signs of forced entries, the police believed that the defendant was known Naimul Hasan and his son Ubesh.
Hasan, originally from Sambhal above, has lived in the city of Tronica for the past seven years with his family – his wife Saima (30) and four of their children, including Ubesh.
Hasan will work at a furniture store in the Rampark colony along with his two brothers – Mamnoon and Janjar Hasan.
The wife and three children had gone to Bihar last week for a marriage of relatives.
It was Mr.
Arbaaz’s nephew who saw the father’s duo die on two different cots when he went to his house to ask for a helmet on Thursday morning.
“The first thing that attacked Arbaaz was an open door.
When he entered the house, he saw them lying.
There was blood all over.
He returned and told me about the murder.
I called the police,” Mamnoon said.
Atul Sonkar, Loni’s circle officer, said the corpse had been sent for the autopsy and the reports were awaited.
Saima, who was told about the murder, was on his way to Ghaziabad with his children.
“We are checking CCTV footage from the nearest area.
We might soon get instructions,” he added.
The police have found a ceiling fan motorbike on the ground with blood stains on it.
It is believed that the father-child duo may have been attacked with him first.
“Someone who known family might go home, had dinner and even went to sleep with the father and son.
The defendant might have attacked his two in their sleep.
He first hit them with a blunt object and then stabbed him in the throat and stomach,” said Iraj Raja, Sp (rustic).
FIR for murder has been submitted to unknown people at the Tronica City Police Station.
Three teams have been formed to arrest the defendant.
