BENGALURU: Hebbagodi authorities have filed a complaint from a person for allegedly equaling a stray puppy to death from Bengaluru.
The incident occurred at Chintamadivala village, near Electronics City, on Saturday, authorities said, confirming an FIR was registered.
A movie of this guy, recognized as Chandrappa, projecting the puppy to a drain moved viral Sunday.
The complaint was registered with one Aniruddha R, symbolizing a monster rights NGO.
