Nagpur: Gondia District Health Officer (DHO) initiated an investigation after a 50s man complained that he had been given a covishield dose for the third time at the Primary Health Center (PHC) Birsola on August 17.
As per message received by a cellphone complainant, Bhagwat Nnagfase has received its first dose on April 15 and second on July 27.
According to PHC records, the second dose of nnagnase was given on August 17.
In a video, Nnagfase has claimed that last week he received a call from PHC Arogya Sevika (health worker) asked him to get vaccination.
In the video, he also gave the same date from his vacax three times.
Only after giving him Jab, he was told that the two covishield doses were finished, Nnagnes claimed.

Nitin Kapse said that the investigation was completed on Thursday night.
“It was found that he was confused about the second dose.
He was not sure whether he had a second dose or not.
He might have received an SMS on July 27 but we did not have a note that showed him pierced that day.
According to the PHC record, he was attached to April 15 and August 17.
He confirmed to our team that he only received two doses when they went to his house on Thursday, “said Dr.
Kapse.dr Kapte added that it might have been due to the technical error of Nnagfase received an SMS.
The video was shot by health officials showing a little tense nnagfase next to officials who pushed him to say that “he only received two doses”.
In the previous video, Nnagfase looks quite relaxed and answers questions with a smile.
Talking about nnagfase has a TIFF with the PHC staff and he who tries to complete the score also doing a round.
