JAIPUR: A 70-year-old guy died after a scuffle over possession of a cherry tree with the household of the brother alive at Bapu Nagar beneath Gandhi Nagar police station on town on Thursday.
Both the households were into protracted dispute that took a nasty twist Thursday while the deceased’s child was plucking a cherry from a tree inside their home.
Police guessed it to be passing because of shock following the older guy got in a debate.
Police have registered a case of murder from six individuals.
On Thursdaythe child of this older guy with his cousin began fighting more than a challenge of plucking a strawberry in the tree where household members got involved.
Authorities have registered an FIR against six individuals such as the brother, sister-in-law and four nephews of the deceased initiated the evaluation.
According to authorities, the deceased identified as Vijay Sharma.
“On Thursday, Vijay’s kid had an altercation with the boy of Jai Kumar Sharma (Vijay’s brother).
The young guy was fighting over the possession of a cherry tree planted close to their home,” said Narendra Sharma, SHO, Gandhi Nagar police station.
Vijay and his family like spouse, a boy and daughter-in-law were remaining in the first floor of the home located at Bapu Nagar while his brother Jai Kumar’s family had been residing on the bottom floor.
