Finished / Alvi Times News Network Kanpur: A man allegedly burned household items after forcing his wife and son to consume toxins when they protested his drinking habits in the area of Naubasta City at the end of Tuesday night Dharmendra Singh, household operators and residents of Gulab Chandra Ka Hata , Live with his wife Sudha and their two children – Son Sagar (21) and Sonali daughter (23).
His daughter told the police that his father was addicted to drinking and used to struggle them every time they protested his drinking habits.
He said at the end of Tuesday night, when he returned home to being drunk, his mother and brother warned him.
Angry for this he began to beat them.
“When they tried to increase the alarm and seek help from neighbors, my father forced my mother and brother to consume poison and then set household items on fire,” he continued to the police.
After visiting the place, the police somehow poured fire by reaching in the house through the roof and sent the duo of the men to the hospital, where the conditions they were both declared harmless.
The Station responsible Satish Singh said, “The investigation continued and the defendant had been detained.” The two were injured undergoing treatment at the city hospital.
The doctor has stated their condition to get out of danger, “Singh added.
