The police ordered Samadhan Sonavane’s husband, Sunanda’s mother, Pastor Shivaji, Sister Aasha Kapad and Usha more under various parts of the Indian criminal code to subdue a woman to atrocities, causing intentional insults, criminal intimidation, and others.
In his satisfaction, the woman said that she had Mariage arranged with Sonavane in Kholsar Jalgaon Village in Maharashtra on December 15, 2020.
After marriage, he came to Godadara where he lived with his husband and in-laws.
However, five months in marriage, his in-laws began to harass him for small problems and began to demand gold jewelry.
Meanwhile, in July the woman developed a tumor on her neck and her husband took her to the doctor.
The test confirmed that he was infected with TB and the doctor suggested the operation.
However, he went to his parents’ house after consulting a doctor who told him that TB could be treated with drugs for several months.
Upon returning on July 3, in-laws began to accuse his father to marry Sonavane calmly without telling them about this disease.
Despite knowing that he was five months pregnant, the family continued their torment and after some time, he called his mother and left home on July 7.
He returned to gather his belongings on July 11, but family members refused to allow him to enter the house.
Sonavane even slapped him and threatened to kill him if he came again, the woman accused.
Registering a violation, the police began an investigation into the allegations.
