KOTA: A guy was arrested to get a 15-year-old woman who became pregnant and delivered a premature infant who died on Thursday here, authorities said.
Rakesh Saini (30), resident of Keshoraipatan place in Bundi district, had been detained on Wednesday for raping the little woman, who’s his distant relative, he said.
Weekly, the woman complained of tummy discomfort after that her parents took her to a physician who diagnosed her by being more than five weeks SHO Lokendra Paliwal stated.
The victim then revealed to her parents who Saini was occupying for the last six months and jeopardized her not to disclose the issue.
Observing this, the parents filed a case against the accused,” authorities said.
On Tuesdaythe little woman gave birth to a premature infant who died two weeks after in J K Lon hospital at Kota where she’s still undergoing therapy and will be discharged later on Thursdaythat the SHO said.
The police has lodged a case of rape under applicable parts of the Indian Penal Code and also POCSO Act from Saini and initiated a preliminary evaluation he added.
Saini was made before a court Thursday afternoon that delivered him to get police remand for a while, Paliwal stated.
