Man jumping queue, slapping women because they raised objections

Bengaluru: A 38-year-old woman shopping at the supermarket in the BTM II layout, South Bengaluru, allegedly punished by a 45-year-old man after he objected to him jumping the queue in the billing counters on Sunday morning.
Kishore Kumar, 46, a resident of the BTM I layout, was arrested from the supermarket after the staff told the Mico layout police.
Police said Kumar worked in a private company before quitting the job.
He was released with a guarantee on Tuesday.
The problem began around 8 in the morning when the defendant tried to jump the queue and the woman objected to him.
Because it is Sunday morning, a large crowd has gathered in supermarkets and staff at billing counters have asked customers to stand in a marked box to ensure social distance.
However, Kumar tried to jump the queue past three women and two men in front of him.
One woman raises objections to Kumar’s behavior.
Other customers also joined him and asked him to stand in the queue.
At that time, Kumar began to abuse the woman.
Even though he warned him to think about his words, Kumar continued his scolding.
“I want to record his violation and release my iPhone.
I raised his hand to record him when he suddenly hit me in my hand.
My iPhone fell and I shouted for help.
Then he slapped my face and dragged me, held my hair.
I fell on a vegetable basket,” The woman said to the police.
The customer and supermarket staff rushed to the hand of the woman, while several men grabbed Kumar and hugged him.
“Kumar continued to abuse me and tried to attack me again,” The Woman, an employee of a private company, which was stated in his complaint.
Based on complaints, the police ordered Kumar under the IPC 427 section (damage that caused damage to the amount of Rs 50 or more), 509 (said, movement or action intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 354 (violence or criminal a woman with the intention to leading simplicity).
