Kolkata: Police arrested a 38-year-old man who allegedly killed his mother for his habit to travel short and bury him in his room for two years.
The incident that occurred at Hatudewan Pirtala Canal Crossing in East Burdwan Regency was revealed when his outdoors revealed all problems to the police on Tuesday.
In accordance with the police, a woman who has died, Sukran Bibi is 58 years old, used to live with her younger son Sahidul Sheikh aka Nayan.
On January 10, 2019 Sheikh, which was said to be angry, kill his mother because he wanted to travel a short trip.
Sheikh hit his head with a blunt object and then strangled him.
“Because there was no one at the time of the murder, he dug the floor of his room and bury him there.
Every day he has used to burn the incense stuck at the place where his mother was buried,” a senior police officer said the Burdwan Police Office said.
According to the local community, no one knows about Sukran Aunt missing.
After he lost the elder sons of victim Kismat Ali had submitted a complaint at the Burdwan police station but the police did not understand the woman.
Recently, a dispute trimmed between Sheikh and his wife and he decided to move to his father’s house in Bhatar in the East Burdwan district.
To resolve the problem, Ali went to meet Sheikh’s wife on Tuesday and learned about the incident.
He immediately rushed to the police station and told them.
Syeikh’s wife told the police that her husband used to torture him physically every day and sometimes told him that when he killed his mother and buried the body in the bedroom, he would kill and bury him in the same way.
Sheikh’s wife said that she left her husband’s house for fear.
Even though the police arrested Sheikh on Tuesday night, they had to wait for the court order before they could explore the room to restore the body.
On Wednesday, the police after obtaining permits needed, digging the room floor in front of a judge judicial and found several bones there.
“The body parts have been sent to the laboratory for forensic tests and autopsy.
After the murder was established, we will begin legal action against the defendant,” the officer said.
