His brother, Raka, were both killed by several men in Hapur in 2013.
Police said eight was accused, identified as Anuj, Satish, Manoj, Naresh, Manish, Suresh, Sattu and Gaje Lohar, belonging to Amit Village.
Around 7:00 on Wednesday, Amit had left home in Dzire Swift to buy food.

After the incident, we have filed a complaint of the police.
While a FIR is archived, no one is arrested.
Now, the same people have killed my brother,” he said .
