Vadodara: A 51-year-old man died while dancing to Garba in the Gotri area in Vadodara on Friday night.
The man who was identified as Prakash Mehra suddenly collapsed with complaints of chest pain when dancing, police said.
Mehra, a resident of the villa’s ring complex in Gotri, has participated in events held in a public plot complex.
When Mehra fainted, he rushed to the SSG hospital where the doctor said he died before entering.
The case of unintentional death was registered at the Laxmipura police station.
The police said that it seemed to be a natural death, but the causes certainly could be known after the post-mortem report arrived.
After the incident, the residents complex called the program.
