Chennai: A man killed his eight-year-old daughter with poison and then hung himself to death in a cottage in the Chengalpatttu district on Saturday night.
Ravichandran, 47, from Nagar, Otterical program, has a daughter named Diksitha.
He and his wife were not in good requirements after he lost his job a year ago.
Since then, the family faces a major financial crisis that often causes fighting.
During such a battle, Ravichandran’s wife left her and her daughter, and began living with her mother.
Despite asking his wife, he refused to patch with him.
Frustrated about this, the man decided to end his life.
He told his daughter on Saturday that he would take him to Mamallapuram where he could play on the beach and also saw the monument.
Have fun about this, he accompanied him on his way.
On Saturday, they booked a room at the hotel.
He ordered food in the afternoon, where he was believed to have mixed poisons and feed him.
Because the room was found locked for a long time, the manager tried to call them from land.
Because there was no response, they told Mamallapuram police, who found Ravichandran hanging.
He had attached a suicide note on TV stating that no one was responsible for their death and had made decisions due to frustration.
He also sent whatsapp messages to relatively revealing extreme steps.
Before he could remind the police, the duo had died, police said.
The police have registered the case and are investigating.
