NEW DELHI: A 28-year-old guy was detained for allegedly providing spirits in milk containers at Southern Delhi’s Mangolpuri place, authorities said on Thursday.

45am on Wednesday, authorities stopped a bike rider taking four plastic containers.
The two-wheeler was with no number plate along with the riders, Manoj, couldn’t offer any satisfactory explanation for the lapse, ” a senior police officer stated.
