Man stabbed his father to death in anger drunk

Thiruvananthapuram: Nemom Police on Saturday arrested a 52-year-old man on charges of killing his own father in a terrible way suspected of being drunk.
Cletus from Karakkamandapam below the boundary of the Nemom police station was the defendant.
His father, Elias, 80 years old, was the victim.
According to the police, crime allegations occurred in early Saturday around 1am.
The defendant, who was a tailor with the profession, used a sewing scissors to stab his father’s neck.
The police said that the Father and the child allegedly consumed alcohol at home and then went bankrupt, which finally caused the murder.
Allegedly that Elias also attacked Cletus with wooden boards.
He suffered an injury on his forehead when he was detained.
The inspector of the house officer Nemom R Regesh Kumar said that Elias Susamma’s wife had died three years ago.
Since he lives with Cletus in a rented house in Karakkamandapam.
Cletus is a scholar.
The neighbors told the police that the two men often consumed alcohol at home and entered the fight.
It was a neighbor, who rushed to the house to hear screams, and shifted Elias to the hospital.
But the doctors killed him at 2 am.
Cletus was at home when the police arrived.
They gave him first aid treatment before moving it to the station.
