Ludhiana: Following verbal saliva, a man allegedly struggled and strangled his wife to death in Anand Nagar Haibowal on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Simran, 27.
Her husband, Vikrant Kumar, was in the run.
The Haibowal police have filed firmly against Vikrant based on the statement of Salu Simran Karan Singh.
Police said Simran and Vikrant had married nine years ago and had two children.
Vikrant does not have a full-time job and Simran wants to work to run the family but Vikrant opposes it, which is also the reason for their tense relationship.
About three months ago, the couple fought this problem.
Family members must intervene to resolve the problem.
On Friday night, they again had saliva after that Vikrant allegedly struggled and strangled him.
Hearing his cry, the neighbors told his parents.
