AHMEDABAD: A resident of Jantral village in Mehsana, Alpesh Soni, 38, gets at his criticism glancing at Gomtipur police on Tuesday said he was cheated of Rs 3 lakh from the accused, who married him into a woman who had been already married.
He said in the FIR that the woman was married to a different individual even after she had been wed to Soni.
Soni said he was staying with his dad after his mom passed away.
He was unmarried, and his own dad asked Mukesh Agarwal to locate an appropriate game for his son.
Mukesh introduced to a Laxmi Sindhi who advised that she understood of a potential bride who’s from a bad family.
Soni said he was introduced into the bride-to-be, Sonal Panchal, along with the households visited each other’s houses.
Sonal arrived at Alpesh’s home and Alpesh along with his comparative travelled to Sonal’s home near Dastan farm at Naroda region.
Afterwards the marriage had been mended and Alpesh was named on May 14 into the division of an urge in Gomtipur place and later preparing the union records per priest, Dashrath Arya, wed Alpesh and Sonal based on Hindu rituals,” said the complainant.
He stated Rs 2.5 lakh had been paid cash to a Lalita Panchal that had been identified as comparative of Sonal and yet another Rs 50,000 was paid via electronic trade to Laxmi.
Soni stated that Sonal arrived at his residence after eight days Lalita came and took Sonal off for spiritual rituals.
He said he had been called to return Sonal following four times, but she never returnedand when he asked at her house that he discovered she had been lost and the house has been locked.
Afterwards, he had been approached by a Rajnikanth Sukhadiya of all Randheja and then he advised Soni who Sonal had wed his son prior to marrying Soni.
Soni said that after he discovered that following his union Sonal had wed an additional Prakash Rana who remains in Nava Vadaj.
Gomtipur police have filed a complaint of cheating against Sonal Panchal, Lalita Panchal, Mahesh Panchal, Laxmi Sindhi, Vijay (full title not said ), Dashrath Arya and Shailesh Solanki from case.
