Man was arrested in Patiala to kill his wife, fiance with nitrogen gas

PATIALA: Police in Patiala have solved two murder mysteries after exploring the body of a 28-year-old woman identified as Chupindalpal Kaur of Bathinda from the house of a 40-year-old man, son of a retired colonel of the Indian Army.
The police have identified the defendant as Navninderpal Singh from Patiala.
He had killed Chupinderbal with nitrogen gas only a week before he married him and then buried his body in his room and then told the Chuplinder family that he left his house in anger at midnight October 14.
Chupindalpal, who had come to Patiala for a wedding shopping on October 11, has lived for two days with the defendant at his home after receiving approval from his parents.
The police said the defendant convinced Chupinerpal to breathe the oxygen of a cylinder that told him it would give light to his face but he used a nitrogen cylinder instead.
Then he buried him in his room where he had diged a hole under his bed.
When asked, the police said they also knew about the murder of his first wife.
“The defendant had previously married another woman, Sukhdeep Kaur from Bishanpura Sunam Village in Sangrur District in February 2018.
Sukhdeep was a qualified triple ma.
On September 19 midnight this year he was allegedly killed by the defendant when he was pregnant.
NavninderPreet somehow managed to convince Sukhdeep’s parents.
That he had died of a heart attack after he was cremated.
Sukhdeep came to Patiala in 2009 to take the IELTS class at the Institute where he had come into contact with Navninders and they both married in February 2018, “said Senior Patiala (SSP) supervisor HS Bhullar.
The police revealed that the defendant killed both women using nitrogen gas.
Police said the defendant also married another woman of Lakhwinder Kaur from Bhawanigarh in Sangrur in October 2018.
Then in March 2020 he was engaged to ChupinerPal and marriage scheduled for October 20 “the accusation said he felt fine trapped.
