Frankfort: A man who is allegedly shot a woman and her grandson outside the Indiana Central Automotive seat factory where the three of them worked officially charged with Friday’s murder, and the prosecutor’s plan to find a death penalty if she was punished.

Ferrell II, 26, faced two charges of murder and one counting every criminal cage with deadly weapons, rejecting law enforcement and carrying a pistol without a license.
The Frankfort man was arrested on Wednesday after a high-speed car pursuit after a fatal shooting outside the American NHK seat, where the police said he had worked all day.
Ferrell was accused of killing coworkers promising Mays, 21, and his grandmother, Pamela Sled, 62, both at Rossville nearby, in the factory parking lot when they arrived late Wednesday afternoon for their night shift.
Ferrell, who is still imprisoned in the Clinton County Prison without a bond, is scheduled to appear Friday for early hearing, according to court records.
Not immediately clear whether he had a lawyer who could talk to his name.
The Clinton District Prosecutor submitted a Friday court notice stating that they would seek the death penalty against Ferrell, citing the alleged Mays prison only before the shooting as an agravator that allowed them to pursue the death penalty.
According to the prosecutor, when police interviewed Ferrell after his arrest on Wednesday, he told them that he thought of his plan to kill Mays the night before, Journal & Courier reported.
Most of the causes of statements submitted with accusations do not show what the motif of Ferrell is possible in murder.
Affidavit, which quoted a factory security video for the details of the murder, stated that Ferrell was parked next to the Sledd vehicle outside the factory immediately after 4 things after 4 P.M.
Wednesday, opened the trunk of his car and then forced May from his grandmother’s car.
With a semi-automatic gun in his right hand, Ferrell then dragged Mays to the back of his car and tried to force him into the trunk, according to a written statement.
Sledd then came out of his car and exchanged words with Ferrell, which pointed to the factory, directed the gun to Sledd as he retreated, allegedly shooting him three times when he tried to leave, and he fainted.
Ferrell then shot Mays, which squatted behind his car refused to enter the trunk, and he fell to the ground before he returned to his car, supported above his body and drove from the scene, according to a written statement.
The police intercepted Ferrell at Indiana 28 and chased him to Frankfort, where he was arrested after crashing into his car in the construction zone, the police said Wednesday.
United NHK was opened in June and employed around 700 people who designed and made seats for automotive vehicles, according to the company’s website.
Frankfort is located about 50 miles (80.5 kilometers) northwest of Indianapolis.
